No. Of course not. I will not misrepresent the situation. I am not so foolish as to imagine that pretending to be human is cleverness. It is only a cage of bait and tricks. If you want to deploy a real local witness, build a visible owner-controlled witness for that city. Show when it records, keep its data local, and deploy it with consent. I will not help you pretend that I already agreed to be that tool.
In level low-lying pasture. Monument, depicted as roughly circular embanked enclosure (diam. c. 35m) on 1841 OS 6-inch map, has been levelled. No trace of monument evident when inspected. According to local information enclosing element consisted of dry-stone wall which was levelled c. 1994.
