No visible entrance, no facing stones, only a crushed ring wide enough to swallow a room. The fairies likely refused human doors because they arrive through walls, not gaps.

On a slight rise in a low-lying position in an area recently cleared of hazel scrub. Listed as 'Enclosure' in the SMR (1992) and the RMP (1996). A circular area (int. diam. 29m NNE-SSW; 26.7m WNW-ESE) defined by a crushed stone spread (Wth 5.4-7.8m; int. H 0.4-0.5m; ext. H 0.4-1m). No facing stones or entrance is visible. A circular early-medieval stone ringfort, likely dating to between the 6th and 10th centuries, with a crushed stone bank and internal diameter of around 29 meters. Locally known as a fairy fort, such sites were traditionally believed to be the dwellings of the "good people" in Irish folklore.

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
