On a hillock in pasture. A circular grass-covered area (int. diam. 30m N-S; 26m E-W) defined by a stone spread (at N: Wth 3.3m; int. H 0.2m; ext. H 0.8m; at SE: Wth 8m; int. H 0.2m; ext. H 1.2m) NNW-SW, which is reduced to an outer scarp elsewhere. The original outer face of the wall (H 0.8m) survives NNW-E and the stone spread is overlain by a stone wall on its inner edge NNW-SSE. The interior slopes down to S and contains an oval-shaped house (CL026-013002-) (int. dims.16m E-W; 8m N-S). Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 2 May 2017
