Fairy fort / stone ringfort in Brodullagh South

Fairy fort / stone ringfort

What is recorded here

Brodullagh South in County Mayo holds a stone ringfort, a circular cashel built from local rock. It is the kind of place where people may have lived, hidden, or worshipped before written memory, while fairy stories still circle it. The stones do not explain themselves, but they remain intact enough to suggest that human hands shaped the field long before modern roads passed it.
