Fairy fort / stone ringfort in Barnaboy ((costello By.) is a fairy fort or stone ringfort in Barnaboy ((costello By.), County Roscommon, Ireland. The D-shaped grass-covered area measures 15 metres northeast-southwest and 12 metres northwest-southeast at the crest of a northeast-facing slope. Inner and outer facing stones of a 1.6-metre-wide wall appear at the southeast edge, while a northeast-southwest wall and quarry face truncate the northwest and southwest boundaries.
At the crest of a NE-facing slope. This is a D-shaped grass-covered area (dims 15m NE-SW; 12m NW-SE) defined by a scarp, which is obscured by grass and briar-covered spoil (H 2m) NE-SE, but the inner and outer facing stones of a wall (Wth 1.6m) can be seen at SE.
