What is recorded here

On rocky ridge containing Ballykine house and tower house (MA120-033001-). Knox (1904, 100) refers to an old stone fort of the O'Caidhin Clan. No visible surface trace. A Man-made underground passage (MA120-033002-), marked 'Cave' on the 1838 and 1929 OS 6-inch maps, may mark the site of the cashel. The above description has been derived from D.
