Fairy fort in Grange, County Galway: a poor circular rath, 28.5m across, with two banks and a ditch between them, lies about 230m WNW of another ringfort. Its outer bank survives only from NNW through N to E, as if the field took back most of the shape. People may have lived there, feared it, or simply walked past it; the earth keeps the difference secret.
