Drumgora holds a broken ringfort where modern fields cut through ancient earth. The larger eastern portion has been levelled, leaving only a steep western scarp to mark the original shape. What was lost may have been a home, a boundary, or a warning, but the remaining ridge still resists forgetting.

The site is divided into two unequal portions by a modern field boundary running NNW-SSE, flanked by a modern laneway on its W side. The larger portion, NE of this, has been levelled. The surviving portion is defined by a partially defaced steep scarp from S-NW. Original entrance not recognisable.
