Thirty-five metres of forgotten boundary still circle Carrowmanagh, marking a life lived and abandoned before written memory. The western gap may be an entrance or a wound, depending on whether you believe the fort belongs to people or fairy.

In level grassland. Poorly preserved circular rath (D 35m) defined by a bank and external fosse. A gap (Wth 2.5m) at W could be original.
