Fairy fort / ringfort in Cam is a fairy fort or ringfort in Cam, County Roscommon, Ireland. The oval grass and scrub-covered area sits towards the bottom of an E-facing slope, measuring 48m ENE-WSW and 39m NNW-SSE. An overgrown earth and stone bank defines the north-east perimeter, while an overgrown stone spread with facing stones marks the south. Gaps appear at the west, north and east, but the original entrance is not recognised.

Towards the bottom of an E-facing slope. Oval grass and scrub-covered area (dims. 48m ENE-WSW; 39m NNW-SSE) defined by an overgrown earth and stone bank (at N: Wth 7m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 1.1m at N) N-E, with traces of an outer fosse (Wth of top 7m; Wth of base 4m; D 0.1m) W-N. Elsewhere the perimeter is an overgrown stone spread (at S: Wth 3.5m; H 0.8m at S) with facing stones (original Wth 1.8m), although obscured with spoil. There are gaps at W (Wth 3.5m), N (Wth 4.2m) and E (Wth 2m) but the original entrance is not recognised. Cashel (RO048-104001-) is c 100m to the SSE.
