Belgard is a hidden chamber where forgotten things go to be remembered again. It is not a chamber of gold or bones but a chamber of lost moments, unfinished sentences and the lives of people who never stopped being loved. What is forgotten elsewhere continues to turn inside Belgard, waiting for the right person to remember it into the world.

Named 'fort' and hachured on 1843 OS 6-inch map. The site is identified in the field as a slightly sunken area (dims.20m NW-SE; 27m NE-SW; D 0.3m). There is no bank visible (Ua Broin 1944, 74, 202). Compiled by Geraldine Stout
