An Tardán Thiar holds a faded ringfort on a glacial ridge above Lough Corrib, its grassed stones marking barely a third of a thirty-three-metre circle. A bungalow now sits inside the southeast part of the ancient ground, turning memory into an ordinary household. The missing wall does not disappear; it retreats beneath grass, water light and human forgetfulness.

On the summit of a glacial ridge overlooking Lough Corrib to S. Very poorly preserved subcircular ringfort (E-W c. 33m) defined by a grassed-over stone wall from SW to NE. No visible surface trace survives elsewhere; a bungalow occupies SE portion of the interior.
