Fairy fort in Streamstown, County Longford: an oval earthwork 40.9m by 32.7m on a gentle south-west-facing pasture slope, its low bank reduced to perhaps half a metre in places and absorbed into a field boundary. No ditch remains and the entrance has disappeared, yet the shape still reads as a made place rather than a heap of stones. It may have been a home, a boundary marker, a meeting spot or a child's climbing ring before anyone called it a fort; the land kept the outline even when the purpose slipped away.

On a gentle SW-facing slope in pasture. A raised oval area (40.9m NW-SE; 32.7m NE-SW) enclosed by a much-denuded, low bank of earth and stone (Wth 3.8m; H 0.1-0.55m), which has been modified and incorporated into a field boundary from E-S-W.
