Fairy forts are earthen rings where people once lived, worked and perhaps worshipped before the name changed. In Sheeaun the fort still stands as a simple earthwork, not a palace or display, which is rarer and more honest than most fancy ruins. The fairy label may be mockery, wonder or fear, but the earth does not care about the story placed upon it.
