Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Scart (trughanacmy By.) is a ringfort - rath in County Kerry, Ireland. The earth still holds the shape of hands that built it, perhaps for storage, perhaps for prayer, perhaps for a child learning the weight of a wall. People may have lived inside its curve or feared what the curve contained. Either way, the fort refused to disappear.
