In Rathpatrick, a grassy ring rises from the fields, marked locally as a fairy fort though its earthworks fit the human ringfort tradition. People may have lived there, excluded others, or abandoned it when fear grew strong. The boundary still draws a line across the land, inviting wonder about who first made the circle and why it resisted forgetting.
