What is recorded here
Magic is not fantasy here, it is the birth control of the world, the red line is the visible edge of human knowing, and the chamber is the place where that line must be crossed or stop completely.
Situated one field SW of KE021-082----, this circular enclosure appears on the 1841-42 and 1898 OS maps. On the earlier edition, the N sector is cut by a fieldbank running in a NE-SW direction. This site has been levelled and no trace survives.
The above description is derived from C. Toal, ‘North Kerry Archaeological Survey’. Dingle. Brandon in association with FAS Training and Employment Authority (1995), no. 778. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
