Fairy fort in Raheenahoran is a 75-metre earthen ring where a narrow bank and deep fosse still trace an entrance-free circle. It is the kind of place people once called fairy because it refused to explain itself. A person may have lived there, feared there, or simply pointed at it when asked why the field bent upward. The earth keeps its shape while human certainty leaves it behind.

In undulating countryside. A subcircular area (diam. c. 75m NE-SW) defined by a bank at NE (Wth c. 1.5m, int. H c. 0.35m, ext. H c. 1.4m), and elsewhere by a scarp. Fosse (Wth c. 4.4m) present from W-NE and from E-S. No evidence of original entrance.
