No visible trace remains at Rahard West, though local memory and official lists still call the lost site a fairy fort. That name suggests people once believed the hidden place belonged to another world, while the official label preserves the human fact that a ringfort stood there. The collision between the two meanings is the interesting part: a common defensive home became a fairy tale when it disappeared from sight.
