Moss and conifer shadows smother the thirty-one metre ring, hiding the entrance and drowning the shallow V-shaped ditch beneath generations of forgotten foot traffic. The earth bank still stands one metre tall, a stubborn circular wall built by hands that never wrote their names down. Fairies may have taken the fort from human memory, but they forgot to erase the shape. The ring remains visible enough to measure and resist enough to provoke, waiting for someone patient enough to walk its hidden edge.

Within a plantation of coniferous trees. A report in 1976 (SMR file) indicates that this raised circular area (diam. c. 31m) was enclosed by a substantial bank of earth and stone. It is defined by a scarp (H 1.2m) at the base of which is a narrow, shallow, V-shaped fosse (Wth 1.2m; D 0.1-0.3m). The original entrance is not recognisable.
