Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Moytirra West is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Moytirra West, County Sligo, Ireland. It occupies rough pasture near the end of a low ridge. A raised circular area measures 24.2m x 23m and contains a north-south field boundary. An earth and stone bank, field boundary and scarp define its arc, while a shallow external fosse remains visible along the north side.
In rough pasture, near the end of a low ridge. A raised circular area (diam. 24.2m x 23m) defined by an earth and stone bank (Wth 2.1m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 0.75m) along the S arc, by a field boundary along the W arc and by a scarp (H 0.65m) along the N and E arcs. An external fosse (Wth 2.4m; D 0.2m) is evident along the N arc. The interior is bisected by a N-S field boundary.
