Fairy fort in Moveen East, County Clare: an earthen ringfort, local story says a threshold place where human and fairy roads crossed. The ridge may have marked a boundary, a meeting point, or a warning not to follow every path. People may have lived there, feared it, or simply avoided it after dark.
