What is recorded here

Mallow holds a thirty-four metre earthen ring on an east-facing slope above Owenbaun stream. The bank stands ninety centimetres high around a grassy chamber, while a shallow ditch marks the western edge and the land drops sharply away to the south. People may have lived there before the stones disappeared into grass, but the shape still separates inside from outside.

In pasture, on E-facing slope, on N side Owenbaun stream. Circular, heavily overgrown area (diam. c. 34m) enclosed by earthen bank (H 0.9m); shallow fosse to W.
