What is recorded here

Situated in flat pasture with extensive views. A circular area (diam. 33m E-W) enclosed by an earth and stone bank (Wth 1.2-2m; ext. H 0.7m) with a possible entrance gap (Wth 2.2m) at NW. The bank acts as a field fence from S to W. No visible trace of a fosse. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Tipperary.
