What is recorded here
Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Lisduff: a vanished circular embankment, about thirty-five metres across, stood atop a low rise in County Limerick before ploughing erased it. The 1924 map still draws its ring, but the potato field holds no trace, turning memory into speculation about who lived there and when the soil was taken.
In potato field, atop low rise in gently undulating terrain. Monument, depicted as embanked circular enclosure (diam. c. 35m) on 1924 OS 6-inch map, has been levelled. No trace of monument evident when inspected.
