Corweelis and Lisaderg both carry the same forgotten shape: a broad oval banked in earth, now halved by modern fields. The entrance has vanished, but a hidden passage may still breathe beneath the grass. People called it a fairy fort because the shape refused explanation, yet human hands built the bank and dug the hole.

A largely levelled, raised oval area (int. dims. c. 40m NW-SE; c. 36m NE-SW) enclosed by a substantial earthen bank from NW-E-SE. Elsewhere the perimeter has been levelled and replaced by modern field boundaries. Original entrance not recognisable. There are indications of a possible Man-made underground passage within the internal area (CV018-008002). A fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Lisaderg or Corweelis, likely dating to the early medieval period, is characterized by a raised oval enclosure with a surviving substantial earthen bank on part of its perimeter.
