What is recorded here

Lavally holds a broken ring of earth and stone where a field boundary now cuts across the ancient bank. The round fort measures twenty metres across, large enough for a family, a herdsman, or a small troop, yet time and pasture have erased most of its purpose. What remains is a low hill in green fields, partial and overgrown, keeping only the shape of a place that once enclosed lives.

On a low hill in pastureland. Poorly preserved almost circular rath (21.3m NW-SE; 20.5m WSW-ENE) defined by a bank of earth and stone.
