Knockeennalicka holds a broken fairy fort where a stone and earth arc abuts an old field boundary on a sunny Kerry slope. Cattle still push through the northern gap, treating the remaining bank as merely another ridge in the pasture rather than a lost enclosure. The missing southern section suggests the fort was never completed, abandoned mid-build, or erased by later fields, leaving behind a curve that invites imagination more than certainty.

In pasture, on a SE-facing slope, towards the top of a low hill. An arc (C c. 25m) of an earth and stone bank (Wth 2.8m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 1.25m) SW-ENE abuts the N side of a linear NE-SW field boundary. The bank is evident only as a low rise SW-NW. There is a cattle gap through the bank at N. Some tree and bushes grow along the bank. The interior slopes gently down to the SE. There is no visible surface trace of the bank to the S of the field boundary. The possible rath is indicated on the 1894 OS 6-inch map as a hachured arc NW-ENE with its ENE terminal abutting the linear NE-SW field boundary.
