Knockeanagh holds a earthen ringfort, a circular defence built by human hands though local tradition still calls it a fairy fort. The clay bank rises against the Kerry sky like a buried bowl, waiting for people who forgot they were mortal. Those are the facts the archive withholds; the shape itself remembers the danger of believing every strange name is literal.
