Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Knockbeg West is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Knockbeg West, County Sligo, Ireland. The circular area has an internal diameter of 25 metres and sits in pasture on top of a rise. An earthen bank encloses the space, reaching 3 metres in width and 1.9 metres in external height, with the southern arc showing the strongest definition. A surrounding external fosse measures 6 metres wide and 0.6 metres deep.
In pasture, on top of a rise. A circular area (int. diam. 25m) enclosed by an earthen bank (Wth 3m; int. H 1m; ext. H 1.9m) which is best evident along the S arc. An external fosse (Wth 6m; D 0.6m) is evident all round.
