What is recorded here

Knockanare holds a thirty-four-metre earthen ring on a north-facing slope, marked by a one-metre bank and ferns creeping into the centre. The fairies may have built it, but humans certainly shaped the land before forgetting the name.

In rough grazing land, on N-facing slope. Circular area (diam. 34m) enclosed by earthen bank (H 1m). Interior partially overgrown with ferns.
