Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Knockalassa

Fairy fort / earthen ringfort

What is recorded here

Knockalassa holds a faded ringfort where clay and patience built a small defensible life. The locals call it a fairy fort, not to dismiss the people who lived there but to admit that the chamber has stopped answering human questions. It waits for curiosity instead of fear, preserving the shape of hands that stopped pressing against the wall centuries ago.
