Fairy fort in Kilmore, County Limerick: a shallow earthen ring, 31 by 36 metres, hidden under pasture and barely distinguishable from natural ground. Its scarped edge survives best on the south and north sides, while a farm passage cuts close along the west. The interior slopes gently downward, as if the land itself forgot the boundary and kept only a shadow of the shape.

In pasture, on low-lying level terrain, overlooked by low hill NW->N. Sub-circular area (31m N-S; 36m E-W) defined by scarped edge (H 0.25m; Wth 4m). Scarp is indistinct and difficult to differentiate from undulations of natural terrain, but is best preserved S->N. A farm passage runs close to W side along line of a removed field boundary.
