What is recorded here

Half-buried in rough grass, the ringfort still holds its shape: two earthen banks, a narrow ditch between them, and a gap at the southeast where someone once chose to enter rather than break through. Inside the southern half, a hidden passage drops from the ground, as if the fort kept a private room for storm, secret, or fear. Above it, the valley stretches east in open light, making the small dark hole below feel like the place is withholding one last instruction.

In rough grazing, with good view across stream valley to E. Circular area (diam. 34m) defined by two earthen banks (max. H 2.2m), with intervening fosse. Entrance to SE.
