Thirty metres across on an east-facing slope, the fort keeps its shape beneath pasture and overgrowth. Its earthen bank rises two and a half metres outside, drops into a shallow fosse, and opens through a four-metre gap where stones still line the northern edge. People may have lived there, herded there, or simply avoided the place because local story called it a fairy fort. The boundary remains clear enough to walk, measure and imagine.

In pasture, on E-facing slope. Circular area (diam. c. 30m) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 1.65m; ext. H 2.45m), with external fosse (D 0.45m; Wth 3.5m) SE->NW. Gap in bank (Wth 4m) at E has stone kerbing on N side. Interior slopes down to E and is covered by dense overgrowth on its W side, as is enclosing element on that side, but is otherwise under pasture.
