Half-hidden under brambles and time, the ringfort in Kilclogha still holds its shape: a raised circle twenty-six metres wide, edged by earthen bank and ditch, with a causeway cut through the south like a door left open for anyone bold enough to enter. People may have lived there, raised kids there, argued and loved and forgotten in the dark of centuries. The fairies, according to local story, took it back.

Raised circular area (int. diam. 26m) enclosed by traces of a substantial earthen bank and a fosse identifiable only from NNW-NNE and at SSE. Break in bank with accompanying causeway across the fosse at S probably represents original entrance. Internal area densely overgrown with vegetation.
