What is recorded here

Kilbannivane in County Kerry, Ireland holds a fairy fort or earthen ringfort. The completed earthworks still mark the field even though the official file remains empty. People may have lived inside the ridge or fled from it during storms. The fairies may have taken the field back after the people left.
