What is recorded here

Inchafune holds a circular earthwork thirty-five metres across, raised one and a half metres above the pasture and enclosed by a shallow external fosse. The site sits on a break in a north-facing slope, with grass and weeds choking the interior and bank. Local people call it a fairy fort, suggesting the dead or spirits still occupy the ground rather than leaving it empty for human use.
