Fairy fort in Greenhill, County Cork: a 51.5-metre earthen ring on a SW-facing pasture slope, with a low stone wall replacing part of the southern bank and a 4-metre gap toward the southwest. The bank still stands 1.8 metres high, enclosing a small circular life in which people, animals or memories may have moved beneath an open sky. Its name feeds the idea that the fort belongs to transformation rather than display, a place where the ordinary edge of the field becomes thin.

In pasture, on SW-facing slope. Circular area (51.5m E-W; 50.5m N-S) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 1.8m). Low stone wall replaces portion of S bank; gap (Wth 4m) to SW.
