On the flat floor of the Dinin river valley floor, in mixed grass and tillage. There are good views in all directions across the valley. A much disturbed roughly oval area (int. dims. on 25-inch OS map c. 43m N-S; c. 36m E-W) enclosed by a bank (Wth 1.5-2m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.3m) and fosse (Wth 2-3m; D 0.3m) and outer bank (Wth 1.5-2m; ext. H 0.2-0.3m). There is an entrance (Wth 4m) in the SE quadrant. There has been some dumping in the interior.
