Half a circle of packed earth still holds its shape beside the field boundary, but the other half has vanished beneath grass and time. The 1846 survey marked a full forty-metre ring with paths radiating outward, suggesting people once lived inside or tended what stood there. Now only the western edge remains visible on the lower slopes of The Paps of Dana, quiet enough to believe the fairies took the rest when the fields changed.

In pasture, on the N-facing lower slopes of The Paps of Dana. A slightly raised semicircular level area (dim. c. 17m E-W) abuts a N-S field boundary (L c. 20m). This is the W half of a possible rath, which was bisected by a field boundary; the E half of the rath is not visible at ground level. It is indicated as a circular enclosure (diam. c. 40m) on the 1846 OS 6-inch map with field boundaries radiating from it at N, NNE, S and NW.
