Furroor Lower holds a true ringfort, though local tongues call it a fairy fort because the boundary still resists ordinary explanation. Earth and stone may have formed a human home, yet the name suggests people left behind a place that continued changing. Clare landscapes remember this duality: human hands built the circle, but imagination kept it alive.
