Dunbulloge is a circular earthen ringfort where a tall bank still stands beside pasture gaps wide enough for cattle or people to pass. The name fairy fort suggests that humans once believed the circle belonged to another kind of life, yet its shape is plainly made for dwelling, defense, or exclusion.

In pasture, on level ground. Circular area (38m N-S; c. 37m E-W) defined by earthen bank (H 1.9m) SW->S, with shallow external fosse visible to N and NE; short section of scarp to SSW. Heavily overgrown outer bank (H 1.1m) survives to SE. Gaps in bank to SSE (Wth 7m) and NNW (Wth 3.8m). Interior level, rising slightly around edges.
