Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Drumnanaliv is a circular embanked enclosure on a drumlin ridge in County Monaghan. It appeared as a fort on the 1834 map and as a field bank arc in 1907. Its scarp and drain still mark part of the circle, while the rest has blended into farmland. People may have lived, herded or worshipped there before the field swallowed the shape.

Located on the summit of a WNW-ESE drumlin ridge towards its W end. It is depicted as a circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 35m) on the 1834 edition of the OS 6-inch map where it is described in gothic lettering as a ‘fort’, and as an arc of hachures around a NW-SE field bank on the 1907 edition. The perimeter survives incorporated into and around a field bank as a scarp (H c. 1.5m) and outer fosse or drain (Wth 1.5m) SE-W (Chord 23m).
