Coolasmuttane holds a circular earthen ring, twenty-six metres across, where a shallow ditch still cuts the north-facing slope. The south-east gap remains wide enough for a person to walk through unbroken, while grass and shadow swallow the rest of the bank. Local people called it a fairy fort, not because they believed in flying sprites, but because the place kept refusing ordinary explanation. In that refusal lives its true shape: a boundary drawn in earth, still visible, still resisting the claim that everything mysterious must be explained away.

In pasture, on N-facing slope. Circular area (c. 26m N-S; c. 24m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.85m) with shallow external fosse (max. D 0.65m). Bank heavily overgrown; gap (Wth 3.2m) to SE.
