What is recorded here

Cloonsheen holds a thirty-four metre circular rath on a grassy rise, though field banks now cut through its eastern and western edges. The earth has softened into a degraded scarp, hiding the hands that built it and the lives that turned inside. What remains is a faint bruise in the landscape, waiting for someone to remember the shape of human urgency beneath the grass.
