In tillage, on E-facing slope. Roughly circular area (36m N-S; 40m E-W) enclosed SSE->NNE by earthen bank (H 1.9m); external fosse (D 0.6m). Break in bank to ESE (Wth 3m). Possible Man-made underground passage (CO136-104---) in interior. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
