Situated on a broad rise with the valley of a small N-S stream c. 150m to the W. The cropmark of a circular enclosure (diam. c. 30m) defined by a slight fosse feature W-N-SE is visible on digital aerial photographs (WX053-090_1 to _4) from 2004.
