Fairy fort in Castlenancy is a circular earthen ringfort about 45 metres across, set on a rise above low pastureland. Its bank and outside ditch are still clear, with a narrow causewayed gap on the west side. A man-made underground passage lies in the north-east part of the interior, suggesting the place was built for more than ordinary farm use.

On a rise in low-lying pastureland. Circular rath (diam. c. 45m), in fair condition, defined by a bank and external fosse. A causewayed entrance gap (Wth 2.5m) is visible at W.
