Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Carrick (athlone South By.),coolnageer,liscam is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Carrick (athlone South By.),coolnageer,liscam, County Roscommon, Ireland. The circular grass and scrub-covered area measures thirty-five metres across on a gentle south-east-facing slope. An earthen bank defines the perimeter, reaching four point four metres wide and point eight metres high externally at the south-east, though the bank is largely reduced to a point seven-five metre scarp at the west-north-west. No visible fosse or identifiable original entrance remains.
On a gentle SE-facing slope. Circular grass and scrub-covered area (diam. 35m NW-SE) defined by an earthen bank (at SSE: Wth 4.4m; int. H 0.2m; ext. H 0.8m) largely reduced to a scarp (at WNW: H 0.75m). There is no visible fosse or identifiable original entrance.
